Getting there:Exit M25 (J27) onto M11 Southbound. Travel south to the end of M11. Take right hand exit A406 (North Circular) towards West End. Keep left and take first exit towards Woodford Green/Walthamstow. Take A104 for Woodford Green. After approx 300 yards turn left into Oak Hill, hotel is 200 yards on the right.

Excellent location and the staff were very helpful and polite. Hotel is rather "tired" - plumbing is noisy and very poor tv and phone reception.
The rooms were clean but mine was obviously a smoking room prior to the ban; the room was stale and the window could not be opened. Fine for the price otherwise.

i have been staying at this hotel for many years now and think it is in need of decorating, the food needs to be looked at and it would be helpful if the staff could understand english, but i enjoy it as the rooms are homely and not basic
it was my second visit and i will be back very soon great location and very convinent for getting in and out of london
They have a very noisy disco in their function room every Friday, and it goes on until the early hours.
Have stayed there before and will definitley stay again. Would like to see an internet service ( not just for personal laptops ) But very nice place Staff are very efficient and friendly

The hotel is good value for money if you do not pay the price listed at reception. A benchmark would be about £65 per night per room with breakfast. The hotel is not very handy for transport links but has a large car park. The hotel is a little tired and best for an few night business tripp, not recommended for family or holioday etc.
This hotel is excellent value for money and was very suited to our needs ie visiting family. There has been some recent refurbishment and the lounge, bar and restaurant areas are most attractive. We shall definitely stay there again in the very near future.
Everything absolutely great until check out where we were about to be charged for a newspaper we had been told was complimentary! Matter resolved straight away though.
the hotel was very well maintained and clean, maybee an update of some of the rooms wouldn`t go a miss the two i stayed in were a bit shabby on the carpets and fittings but as a whole it was fine to stay in while we worked in the area.
Nice friendly staff some rooms could do with updating generally very good would recommend it
