"We spent the Easter long weekend at Couran Cove and absolutely loved it!! It rained a few times but it didn't dampen our enjoyment of the resort. The range of activities were fantastic, and we loved hiring bicycles to get around the resort. Nothing was too far away and it made the holiday that extra bit special.
The only negative things are that the facilities probably are in need of updating, but are still enjoyable and fun to use. The bedding is too firm for our liking but the rooms were incredibly spacious and were beautifully located upon the lagoon.
All in all, the resort is a beautiful place and I highly recommend it. The staff were incredibly helpful everywhere we went and made the stay pleasing. The restaurant and general store prices were a bit expensive but you could probably expect that due to the island location.

You will be spoilt for choice with a diverse range of sporting and recreational activities, including a day spa to be pampered, 22 kilometres of pristine surf beach, 3 dining outlets, theme park day tours and much more. With unique styles of luxury accommodation that offers a choice of rooms in the Marine Resort, located around the lagoon and Marina.All rooms have either semi or fully self catering facilities and children under 14 years stay free when utilising existing bedding.
Ferry bookings are essential and must be confirmed no later than 24 hours prior to arrival (Charges apply: FROM 01 APRIL 2009, $49 per adult return 15+ years, $27 return per child 3-14 years, infants travel free).
Call reservations on number provided to confirm your ferry time. Ferry transfers go across to the resort at 10.30, 1400, 1600 and 1800 daily, and return daily at 0900, 1200, 1500, 1700 and 1900. Please note you will need to be at the ferry terminal at least 45 minute prior to your booked ferry transfer to check into the resort. |

Easy access via all major highways, the ferry terminal at Hope Harbour is located on the Gold Coast, just 30 minutes north of Surfers Paradise or 50 minutes south of Brisbane CBD. Take the Hope Island/Sanctuary Cove exit from the M1 Motorway and follow the signs to Hope Harbour Marina (Sickle Ave exit off Hope Island Road). |

Resort check-in is completed at the Hope Harbour Ferry Departure Terminal before going to the island. Check-in is airline style and assuch you should allow 30 - 45 minutes prior to ferry departure times. Checked luggage is limited to 2 items per person weighing no more than 32kg per item. Small hand carry items are allowed. |

Secure outdoor 24 hour car parking is offered at the Hope Harbour Ferry Departure Terminal. Daily charges apply at $5 per day up to $25 maximum per stay. Please arrive at least 45 minutes prior to ferry departure times to allow sufficient time for parking and our airline style check in at the Hope Harbour Ferry Terminal. |
