Family of 4 with 2 kids(below 2yrs). Room was spacious and clean. Staffs were very friendly & sincere. Location was good but a lil far in. Overall a pleasant experience!

This was not our first time staying in this beautiful Hotel. Very modern. Location not too far from BTS. The room is beautiful as always. However we got the room smaller than the last time so we asked the front desk to change. And they did it for us. Overall this hotel is superb and highly recommended for couple and family.

Great hotel. Free hotel Tuktuk to the station. You can even walk (3 minutes) to the station when there is no Tuktuk available. Close to great shopping centres. Excellent breakfast- international buffet. Very happy with the service.

For the type of hotel, the pricing is not attractive, There are better hotels with better prices. Only one restaurant with the same menu daily. Also does not have money change facility. Needs a Spa which is a standard feature in all Bangkok hotels. Staff was generally very helpful though.
