Creatif Hotel Elephant Munich

It was ideal for us (4 ladies) for the Christmas Market, the staff put us all in one room as requested, the beds were reall comfy - the staff greeting us were very friendly (although the night porter not so). I would go back though!!

Literally steps from the S-Bahn. The room was small,but at <$100 in Munich who can complain. The staff was great. Breakfast was not included at this rate but that was fine with us.

It was very close to the train station, but still very quiet.

A nice hotel very close to the main station - a big plus for travelling to and from the airport. The town center is also close. Nice staff, good breakfast. Wouldn´t mind staying there again.

The location of the hotel was good, the rooms were very clean and very modern, the staff were very pleasant with very good English. The hotel did not have a bar or restaurant but the breakfast was very good.

Expensive hotel. Room was a little cramped for 3 people. Breakfast was very good- lots to eat! Only hotel we found that gave us free internet use! Very handy to main train station and walking distance to many attractions.

Service was good as they accommodated us for an extra night at the last minute. Room was comfortable and basic although bathroom was old and needs upgrading soon. Great location to get to sights and close to Railway Station. Breakfasts were good, with plenty of choice. Lots of people so is obviously popular! Got great recommendations for places to eat and where to go!

Great location, breakfast - hot & fresh and central to everything. Rooms are clean and place seems to be going through reburb. as some things old other new .. hotel was a good choice! So close to the train, but so many exits, only a better map/ directions to find the place is recommended.

The room was very cramped (only one side of the queen bed was accessible, the other was against the wall). However, the bed was comfortable and the room and the bathroom were well fitted and clean. The bedding was impregnated with the smell of cigarette smoke, despite the fact that we had requested a non-smoking room. The hotel facilities are minimal, other the breakfast room - which provided an excellent breakfast.

The breakfast service provided by the nightwatch/receptionist on 26/27 August 2007 was excellent. He made me a "private" breakfast at 5 in the morning, before I had to leave to the airport. I have never had this experience in a "standard hotel" before and it felt so good not to leave the hotel with an empty stomach. It is this kind of personalized service that makes you keep good memories of a hotel. Thank you!

the hotel must have minimum air ciculation facilities such as fan, when temp is at 35 deg celcius

Walking distance to train station and city. Good place to base yourself to explore Munich.

Well located hotel. Good Price/value relationship. Not all rooms are renovated!

If you plan to visit Munich in the summer this hotel doesn't have air conditioning. There are small fans available but you have to ask for one. The hotel isn't very far from the station and the breakfast is adequate.

Location is verry good: you can rich in 6 minutes the walk area of center, 15 minutes walk to the city hall, 3 minutes to the main railway station. Corect balace between price and offer.

Very nice hotel, two steps from railway station but in a quiet corner. It's in the region to the north of station, it is much cleaner than slummy south! You have to give the key back to reception when leaving, but I guess that's fairly standard these days; well, I didn't lock my stuff and had no problems. Very recommended for those who use public transport, not taxis - easy to get there from airport bus, and everything is nearby (metro, buses, trams, tourist agencies, markets, old town...)

Great location only 1 block from train station and within walking distance from many sites. Great breakfast and free wireless in room and 2 computers available at no charge. Room was small for 3 but would be OK for 2.

Breakfast can be rather chaotic during week-ends. Otherwise a nice hotel with very nice staff.
