Very affordable clean room, perfect for what we needed- a clean place to stay for the night. Not modern,but fine. Bed was comfortable, a little on harder side. Nice to have a a few couches in room, and free parking was a bonus. Location great too, we walked to Chapel Street in about 20 minutes so if you don't mind walking.

Could not understand why it was only rated at 3 1/2 star. Nice and clean with prompt daily room servicing, (even serviced on Xmas Day). Very good room and vehicle security. Handy resturant and bar on the ground floor with friendly service, plus 24/7 Resception. Was happy with our stay overall and will be staying again as required.

The place was at a great spot, easy to get around from. Room was fine - it was clean, that's most important. Not enough glasses and spoons though. Bed's were comfortable. Room wasn't fancy, but perfect to stay for a weekend.

Hotel was in a reasonably convenient location however facilities were tired. I probably wouldn't stay there again.

Your reception staff especially Bridgette were excellent.We needed an extra night on the 18/9/10 but the hotel was booked out. She offered to keep us in mind and call us if a room became available. She did exactly that and we stayed the two nights. Well done Bridgette.

It was very noisy when I stayed here. There seemed to be a lot of people running around all night making a lot of noise. Other than that it was comfortable and clean. The service was also very sufficient.

The TV and the heating didn't work in the room. When we called the front desk, they said that we were doing something wrong with the heater's remote and they were busy and would attend to us later. We were eventually moved to another room since they couldn't fix the problem.

Room was nice, lady on reception pleasant and helpful. Some noise came in to room through the gap under the door I think as people walked along passage. Location handy to trams and then easy to get to the city.

Clean, tidy, quiet. Worked well for us, we arent the type to sit in a hotel room. The bed was clean & comfortable - The bathroom was clean and the Hotel was situated around the corner from St Kilda Rd. I DO recommend this hotel for anyone who is after a clean and tidy hotel room. I DO NOT recommend this hotel for anyone who is expecting a huge flat screen TV or a view of the city. If that is what you want out of a room then you're dreaming - not for less than $120 a night!

Clean and tidy. Bed was comfortable. Good location. No iron or ironing board as stated. Could do with an update of furniture.

We were very pleased to stay there prior to boarding the Spirit of Tasmania. Everything was very pleasant. we will be continuing our association with the well placed accomodation, as I visit Melbourne regularly from Bendigo, and need a place to stay.

My TV didn´t work.

Good three star hotel with large rooms including good sitting area. A little noisy. Free undercover parking. Near corner St Kilda Road and Fitzroy Street, St Kilda.

Very good motel, in ideal location to use public transport to and from the Melbourne City area and all it's sights. Excellent service and very nice rooms. Well worth a stay their.

This Hotel has been till now mainly used by Chinese tourists. Since the downturn they have been returning to the local market. They do not have Fox, and are redecorating at present, but the staff were very helpfull and made my 3 night stay an enjoyable experience. I will stay there again.

Nice hotel, rooms comfortable but basic. Good value especially with complimentary parking. Good location for city trams. Would stay again.
