"The hotel was way out of town but the scenery was beautiful! The hotel was about half an hour from the station.They do run a shuttle bus for about 5 euro to the centre or the station.The staff were very friendly one man speaks English the others (it's a family run hotel) don't speak very much.I left a tip on my pillow for the maid service when I came back the room was made up and the tip was still there.The rooms were quite big but there wasn't a bath .Dinner was also quite cheap for the Verona area. Over all I had a very pleasant experience at this hotel ." - Anonymous

The two-stars hotel Cristina lies in San Rocco di Piegara (Rovere' Veronese) at 640 metres above sea level, just 20 km far from Verona (highway exit 'Verona Est'). The drive north from Montorio along a panoramic route of vineyards and olive groves through charming hills offers an ideal point of departure for walks and excursions in the natural park of Lessinia. The Hotel Cristina is also close enough to be used as a base to visit Verona and other cities
nearby. The hotel is equipped with an elevator, rooms with bath or shower, telephone and TV. There is a restaurant, pizzeria, taverna, garden and private parking.
NOTE : we suggest you to drive a car to reach the village, because public transportation is not readily available. |

By car (recommended) : You can reach Hotel Cristina via the A4 autoroute between Milan and Venice. Take the Verona Est exit, follow signs to Valpantena, then exit at Montorio-Roverè. The hotel is situated in the village of San Rocco di Piegara on the road to Roverè (SP-35) approximately 20 km from Verona.
