"We had booked a non smoking double and after a long journey arriving at a twin smoke filled room, dirty scruffy room with dirty wall wallpaper pulled off the walls in places dirty windows Reception not helpful.After arriving to the above we questioned what we had booked and left straight away ,Contacted the tourism who helped us find a great room in the end.
