A pity that the resturant is no longer open in the evening.After a 350mile journey to have a meal in your excellent resturant we found very relaxing.The transport cafe by the filling station was most unacceptable,food being of a very poor standard along with the service. Regards
'English' pillows would be a good improvement and we were disappointed that dinner is not served at weekends. All the nearby restaurants had either closed down or were closed and we ended up eating in a transport cafe nearby!
We found beds were too hard and there were not enough pillows. The bedspreads looked grubby compared to the previous room we had, but the sheets etc. were nice and clean. Staff all very helpful and pleasant. Will definitely use the hotel in the future. One major problem was that GPS has difficulty locating the hotel - we had to take a note of the latitude and longitude to locate the hotel when arriving from a different direction.
