My wife and I stopped at this hotel on our last night in Japan. We found the room to be a welcome repreive after a long day of sightseeing and travelling. Bed was comfortable and the room and bathroom quite spacious. I found the lighting to be a bit dim in the bedroom, but still satisfactory.
This location is second to none! Excellent value!
Bed size 1200 x 2000
Bed size 1600 x 2000
the location and interior makes the hotel a really good option of staying in heart of Osaka, it is close to famous tourist attractions, dinning and shopping spots
Rooms are modern but quite small. Toilet products provided are of good quality and have nice fragrances. However this hotel is very central and we requested to change rooms as our first room smelled of smoke and they happily changed it to a better higher floor and room. Definitely value for money and very close to namba station
central location close to restaurants, department stores and shopping street just behind hotel. 10 minutes walk up from namba nankai station which is where the airport train stops. best of all, very big bathroom with tub which is rather unusual for japanese business hotels.
Most of the service spoke very good English. Very much appreciated by non-Japanese speaking guests.
I was really impressed with the friendliness and service of this hotel. They went out of their way to help. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others. Excellent location.
Upon arrival the greeting was a little icy as opposed to tokyo and some of the other areas of japan that i stayed in. But the hotel itself is very nice. Very modern and very roomy. The hotel provided body wash, shampoo conditioner, cotton buds, shaver and lots more. The bath was luxurious. The staff turned out to be fairly helpful after our first initial meeting. The location of the hotel is good next to nice shops and restaurants. Would recommend.
excellent hotel, would highly recommend
supremely convenient. It is just adjacent to the Dotomburi (food street) and Shinsaibashi (covered shopping street). just 2 minutes stroll to the subway station (exit 14) Namba, which is one the hubs of Osaka subway system.
Lack of services and staff were not as polite comparing to what one expects in any other country nevermind Japan as a country known to have qualifty customer service!
I will definitely come back here
Very good location, great bathroom and toilet! Highly recommended.
Perfect location for those who love shopping, and it's very convenient to commute. Also, staff are very helpful, and help you get most of the information I need.
Great hotel!! I will stay there again no question. Right in the center of everything, short walk from Nanba station, but you have to take Exit #14. If you take any other exit, you might be in for a walk. Take Exit 14 and keep walking north 1 block. Oh and buy or bring a compass for pete's sake. You can't tell what direction you're going if your underground.
I loved the whole design of the hotel, as well as the rooms, the room and toilet was very well equipped with a lot of toiletries (full sized shampoo/conditioner and shower gel) and the bath/shower area being separate from the toilet. the toilet seat was electronically warmed for the current cool weather in osaka. enjoyed the 32" LCD Sharp TV, the fridge was empty, which i prefer, as i like buying drinks back to refrigerate... Bring your own laptop as it has unlimited broadband in the room, so you can check your emails and surf the net while inside the room.. There are 3 bus services that depart from the hotel to Kansai Airport daily and staff asked us to wait in a room with our luggage in their tolley then when the bus arrived they called us to go outside, extremely good service, rather than ask us to wait outside by ourselves and wouldnt even have any ideas if the bus was coming or not. when the bus departed staff were continuously saying Thank You (in jap) and bowing....
Great value in the heart of the action in Osaka. Fantastic bathroom!
It's a very modern decoration hotel. good breakfast, but they offer the exact same menu everyday. small lobby but looks very modern. The room is clean especially the bathroom. They bathroom is good size. There are refrigerator, tv, hair dryer in the room..but no complementary water. They offer ice though, you can get it by the hallway near the elevator. i prefer the twin bed room if you have children. it's bigger than the standard double room. Only downfall is that there is no business center or computer for you to use. I think with the amount of the money you paid at least they should offer you an internet. but if you don't mind that i would definitely recommend Cross hotel. It's in the middle of shopping area..easy subway..not far from Namba station.nice view.
The location is fantastic close to shops and eating places, also close to the subway station. The room and bathroom is large by Japanese standards and is well equipped. Price wise is a bit pricey especially for the Saturday night and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I totally enjoyed my stay there and would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone travelling to Osaka for the first time.
Good price. Room is a bit small but bath room is very clean and up-to-date.
