In the past the Crown and Cushion was owned by the legendary drummer Keith Moon from ''The Who'' and his legacy decadence lives on today. A New Era in now here, under new ownership, it would be an understatement to say, the locals have seen a vast improvement in standards, service & attention to detail as well as a re-decorate and freshen up.

Chipping Norton is located mid-way between Oxford and Stratford-upon-Avon. When coming from Birmingham leave the M40 at Banbury (J11) and take the A361 to Chipping Norton. When coming from London on the M40 leave at J8 and take the Oxford bypass or leave at J9 and follow Tourist Board signs for Blenheim Palace to Woodstock, then the A44 to Chipping Norton. There is a direct rail link to Paddington from Kingham, 4 miles from Chipping Norton.
