"fantastic views of Petronas Towers from the coridor outside the room. Building site next door to the hotel so the taxi driver had difficulty finding the access to the hotel. A five minute walk from Petronas Towers but a long way from the rest of town. " - heather collins

"The bathroom in our room had extreme mould and a complimentary bottle of water had been opened and some water had been used, we did complain to management on the second day regarding the mouldy bathroom and were upgraded, however being an international hotel there should be a high standard of cleanliness to start with. We did find the staff to be helpful and friendly." - Jan van den Adel
"a) The Hotel is very noise due to construction work around it, I was not able to get any sleep or rest. b) The house keeping should be trained not to enter the rooms without notice (i thought no one in the room) is not a valid excuse
