Getting there:Crown Promenade is located at 8 Whiteman Street, Southbank, 3006. It can be easily accessed by taking the Power Street exit from the Westgate Freeway (just 20 minutes from the Melbourne Airport).
Check-in Procedure:Guest will be asked to provide a deposit of $100 per night, by way of credit card or cash, to cover any incidentals. If cash is provided, current photo ID will be required. Although we will do our utmost to provide you with the room of your choice, please also be aware that any room preferences including smoking or non smoking, floor or view cannot be guaranteed.
Car parking:Guest can use our valet parking facility, at a charge of $23.00 (including tax) per day. Alternatively, Crown has many self-parks available, ranging in price from $5.00 to $15.00.

Stayed there for a 'Footy in Melbourne' long weekend from Perth, would have no hesitation in recommending it.
My husband and i have stayed a t the crown Promenade before,and really enjoyed it It's so close to shops , dining and entertainment The beds and pillows are so comfy too We'll definitely stay again on our next visit to Melbourne

Recently stayed at the Crown Promenade Melbourne over the Easter Weekend for six nights. This is the second time we have stayed here and once again loved it. Great location meant you didn't need to go far to find great restaurants, transport or many things to do. We have two young children and it was easy to get around the hotel and surrounds with the pram - walkways around the Crown Complex meant you stayed dry as well. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. Got a great rate for the stay and ask for a cot and microwave which were supplied at no extra cost. Breakfast was fantastic at the Mesh Restaurant, hot and yummy. All housekeeping staff were helping, friendly and easy to find. Asked for a late checkout to coordinate with our flight which was granted with a smile. Already planning our next trip back - excellent hotel would recommend to families, couples and business people.

Enjoyed our stay at the Crown Promenade Hotel Melbourne. Great facilities. Great rooms. Room service was fantastic although would like more choices on menu.
True to a 4-4.5 star hotel. The experience was everything i expected. A clean & modern room, professional staff, and in close proximity to everything. The only thing missing which i wanted was a hi-fi/cd player in the room (apparently this can be loaned), but fortunately the TV had a full local radio listing so we could listen to some music. Price may be a bit dear for the frugal traveller but the adage 'you get what you pay for' certainly applies here.

A great hotel for recent girls weekend in the city. Great location and with melbourne's unpredictable weather, the enclosed walkway was great allowing access to crown and southbank without getting wet. Recommend valet parking as alot of surrounding car parks were full by 6pm friday. The rooms were great-two large twin beds, very modern and we found the service very good. The pool and spa were very flash with a great view of the city.
Hi There i go to a lot of hotels thru the year and my partner and i really enjoyed staying here it was close to every thing 10 out of 10
The hotel was beautifully presented, the staff were amazing they were there at any little time you needed them. Of course for this service you pay a higher price. I was glad we got our room on an internet special, and the next time we need to come to Melbourne I was amazed that the price had quadrupled for the Grand Prix weekend. So there will not be staying at the Crown Promenade. We will stay there again if the price was right.

Had a great stay this time and thought the hotel looked fresher and had some new facilities, such as the new digital t.v. Desk staff were very helpful and friendly. This hotel is in a great location, so close to the city, restaurants and many touriist sites.
From the moment of our arrival, staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. The city view from our room on the 20th floor, totally enthralled our 6 year old - (as it did his parents!). Room was very clean, bedding spotless, and bathroom well equipped. Breakfast was included in our price, and I must say, that the array of choices was huge! It would be hard to find fault with what was on offer. Would definitely stay here again. Great location to everything, and a very welcoming atmoshphere.
