"Would definetely stay here again. Staff were lovely and the room was immaculate... just like the pictures. We were in a 2 queen bed room which was excellent for 4 people. Couldn't be in a better location. It was close to the city and within walking distance to all different types of public transport. It was great being connected to the casino and crown complex. Also, was sooooo easy getting to and from the Telstra Dome (Etihad) from the hotel. Couldn't have asked for a better hotel... would recommend it to EVERYONE!!! Crown Promenade is located at 8 Whiteman Street, Southbank, 3006. It can be easily accessed by taking the Power Street exit from the Westgate Freeway (just 20 minutes from the Melbourne Airport).

Check-in Procedure:

Guest will be asked to provide a deposit of $100 per night, by way of credit card or cash, to cover any incidentals. If cash is provided, current photo ID will be required.
