"i stayed here because had adsl internet but uses a proxy server so could not conect to yahoo or skype or could not check emails, the rooms where very average and very old, one night we had no water the other night no hot water, the staff where very nice, there seemed to be more staff than guests, the food was good one night in restaurant and bad the next. I though was not good value for money, my busines partner stayed at [other hotel] for 1/3 the price and was a superior location" - josaphine ugal
"The hotel itself was real good for the money (around 80USD) for a family room (2 bedroom apartment). My only complaint is that it seemed to take forever to get our dinner. The staff was very friendly and the room we stayed in was in great condition for a 3 star hotel in the Philippines. I recommend staying there if you are in Davao." - David Hess
"Ok - compared to the many citizens of the town living in shanties - this hotel is the Ritz. But I had no hot water in either kitchen or bathroom sinks - shower was luke warm at best. Towels were on the thin side. Service was excellent at hotels 50's Cafe (they also provided excellent room service). Pool was big - clean and very nice. Cozy atmosphere in court area - very friendly and accomodating staff. For the price - I will stay here again - I can live with the minor problems - just look around town and you will be happy with your nice warm bed." - Anonymous
