It is an OK hotel, but next time I prefer one close to or with it own beach. ´The staff is nice. One night I had a mouse in my room and I was moved to another room. It was fairly close to the city with a Taxi, but the hotel was kind of i the mittel of a old dirty and puluted area. So for vacation I will not recomend this hotel, but for a business trip OK.

The negatives : 1. Dont walk around room without yr shoes. It's oily. And it's so, probably due to the massage oils being imported in from Prana (the Health Spa on the 10th floor). A simple use of detergent would have kept place clean. 2. Avoid lower floor rooms, if you want to sleep early & well. A Karaoke joint nearby blasts music into the early morning. 3. Pay room bills in US$. They convert US:Peso at 20% more than bank rates. Positives : 1. Broadband connection rates are very reasonable...75P/day 2. Buffet breakfast quite well served

Staff are very knowledgeable with their duties and inreturn you able to get things done without any issues. Rooms are clean and faclilties in the room are good for a good comfortable stay.
