Crown Spa Upgrade Please be aware that renovations to Crown Spa are due to commence from Monday 4 June until Thursday 5 July. During this time, the Spa including the pool and gymnasium areas will be closed to all guests. From Thursday 5 July, the majority of our new treatment rooms will re-open including the gymnasium, however the pool will remain closed until Monday 3 September. Every oversized guest room features spectacular views of Melbourne, separate dressing room, 42 inch plasma television and marble-lined bathroom with deep soaking bath. Guests also receive complimentary access to the opulent Crown Spa, including 25 metre heated pool and gymnasium. Crown Towers also features seven restaurants: Silks (Cantonese), Koko (Japanese), Breezes (alfresco), The Conservatory (all day a la carte and buffet), the brasserie by Philippe Mouchel, Number 8 restaurant and wine bar and JJ's Bar and Grill.

Getting there:Crown Towers is located at 8 Whiteman Street, Southbank. The Crown Entertainment complex is bordered by Whiteman Street, Queensbridge Street, the Yarra River and Clarendon Street. It can be easily accessed by taking the Power Street exit from the Westgate Freeway, (just 25 minutes from the airport). Flinders Street train station is a ten minute walk from the complex.
Check-in Procedure:Please note that although rooms are fully prepaid, Crown Towers will require a credit card, or cash deposit on arrival to cover any incidental charges. A form of photo identification (such as Driver's Licence or passport) will also be required. Although we will do our utmost to provide you with the room of your choice, please also be aware that any room preferences including smoking or non smoking, floor or view cannot be guaranteed.
Car parking:Guests can use our valet parking facility, at a charge of $50.00 including tax, per day. Alternatively, Crown has many self-park car parks available, ranging in price from $5.00 to $15.00.

Booking two months in advance I received a very good deal. The staff were efficient and friendly and the room was spacious and clean. However, not quite as well appointed or stylish as another 4.5 to 5 star motel we have stayed at in Melbourne. The bed was not quite as comfortable however this is a very subjective view. Beds are a very personal thing. Thank you.

We love Crown Towers for it's luxury and convenience. We always book early dinner in one of the beautiful restaurants so we can make it in time for a show at Palms. Just a brilliant overall experience....many thanks to Hotel Club for saving us money on our stay, so we are able to spend on our evening.

The Crown Towers is absolutely amazing. I've stayed in the Crown Promenade in the same complex before and if you have a choice, I would definitely say pay the extra and go for the Towers. The rooms are huge and stylish. The location is fantastic and the staff were super friendly. Very impressed!
Crown Towers is a luxurious hotel. It's very fancy with massive, extremely comfortable beds and pillows. A big hit for our children was the TV in the bathroom!! I've never seen kids so keen to take a bath!! We had a large window viewing seat, which meant we could sit on the window sill and look at the amazing views! The pool area was great, though the water was cool. Room service food was extremely expensive, we took a 5 minute walk to the food court and brought food back, rather than pay $11.50 for a vegemite sandwich!!! We had two areas of concern; I asked for a non-smoking room, which we got, however next to the lift only a short walk from our room was an ashtray filled with cigarette butts! I had assumed the entire floor would be non-smoking. The other thing was the cleaning maid knocked on our door at 8.30am to clean our room!! We were awake, and admittedly we didn't have the 'Do Not Disturb' sign on, however, this was a little rude, especially as check-out wasn't until 11am.
Amazing hotel with amazing facilities. Can't wait to return. Everything at your doorstep including a wide range of dining options.

Crown Towers is the ultimate in luxury - perfect except for the pool which always spoils a great stay. How can a hotel of such great quality have a pool which is never warm enough. The Spa should be seperate from the pool and at a much higher temp.

Had a great stay, top class service, very modern
Very impressed with this hotel .We got a great deal through hotel club and assumed that room would be not one of the best in Hotel for what we paid.We were pleasantly surprised the room was great ,the hotel was great. We stay in Melbourne about six times a year and have been to most hotels in City this one has been the best .We are due to go back in December and I am looking to see if I can fluke another great deal.
It was a fabulous experience for my wife & I. We both agree it would be difficult to surpass anywhere. Staff were attentive and helpful. Restaurants recommended by Crown were first class.
A hotel of this quality should have better bathroom amenities e.g a name brand shower gel, shampoo etc. Other than that - fabulous!
Exquisite hotel, a wonderful experience, especially for a special night away. One point, ensure to request a non smoking room though. We forgot, but were promptly accommodated on a non smoking floor when we approached the reception staff again.
Excellent hotel to stay at, in the heart of everything. Is a pricey hotel but with the great deal we got through Hotel Club, was well worth it!!
Definitely one of the most glamourous hotels in Melbourne, Crown Towers also provides great service and large rooms. The bathroom was glitzy and luxurious - love the chandeliers. My only suggestion would be to add a dvd/cd player to the rooms. I would highly recommend this hotel.
Great night after St Kilda best and fairest in Crown Palladium.....nothing was a problem for any staff....great hotel.
