Crowne Plaza Galleria Manila

"An excellent hotel - conviently located @ 30-40 minutes from the airport - great service & large rooms - next door to Galleria Mall - plenty of dinng and shopping options. Buffet breakfast at hotel very good - wide selection. 10 minutes walk from Asian Development Bank and other key buildings in this part of Manila. Will definitely use again. " - Stephen FARRER

"From check-in to check-out the level of service and attention was excellent! The staff in this hotel are very friendly, courteous and always have a smile on their faces. It makes a big change from the poor level of service you receive in London time and time again. I would recommend this hotel for sure. The only down side was the location. It seemed not much was around apart from a couple of Malls unlike in Makati. It was also relatively pricey but I guess with the Crowne plaza Brand comes the relative price. "Really great rooms! Breakfast was acceptable, but not really 5 star! A lot of the items had that "served earlier, wrapped, and unwrapped" look about them! It also lacked the subtle things that you expect at a real 5 Star breakfast - fresh juice, fresh bread, good yogurt, great coffee! " - Ulten Ryan
