Getting there:From Adelaide Airport - Take Sir Richard Williams Avenue and turn right at Sir Donald Bradman Drive. Continue through the city (this street becomes Grote Street), through Victoria Square (this street becomes Wakefield Street), turning left onto Pulteney Street then right onto Grenfell Street. Hotel driveway is approximately 50 metres on the left. From Mount Barker Road, go straight ahead onto Glen Osmond Road. Continue down this road which will eventually veer left (this becomes South Terrace), then turn right onto Pulteney Street. Turn right on Grenfell Street and the hotel driveway is approximately 50 metres on the left. Train - From Hindmarsh Square, travel north down Pulteney Street, turn left into North Terrace, approximately 200 metres. The train station is on the right hand side of the street - Adelaide Central.

I have stayed here a few times now and this was by far the best stay. The differences this time were - 1. Previoulsy, I had always been on a lower floor facing the south and the rooms were quite noisy. This time we were on a high floor facing North and this was ideal, very quiet and excellent views. 2. Breakfast has improved - the breakfast was probably the best buffet breakfast that I have had the pleasure of enjoying and staff were fantastic. All in all, a great stay, but I would suggest if staying there, request a higher floor as these rooms are much quieter.
Staff were very nice had a nice room with a great view of Adelaide hills the bathroom are nice and big would stay here again.
Perfect location. Right amongst the restaurants and shopping of Adelaide Cbd. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants and museum/ galleries etc. Nice large clean room with balcony. Friendly staff. Resturant was $$$ and drinks over priced ($9.50 for a Corona) and Car parking was $30 a day, its such a short stroll to belgium beer cafe, and resturants So you dont have to use the resturant and bar....a great hotel planning to make this one our regular place to stay in Adelaide. Really nice.
Found the Hotel to be very clean with nice big rooms and lovely bathrooms. The location was within walking distance to the malls and transportation. Nice new Hotel with friendly and very helpfull staff, would recomend to anyone. Thank you

This hotel is really well located and was a pleasure to stay in. The staff were very friendly and helpful from valet parking, check in and room service. Would definitely stay again!
The crown plaza is a new hotel in the heart of Adelaide and as you expect from a new hotel everything was fresh and modern. The staff were excellent and very helpful. Valet was a little expensive ($29 per night) and nightly rates for the room were in the top bracket. I upgraded to a 'deluxe room' and thought the room was on the small size. In house movies weren't cheap either ($16.95). They are the negatives, which isn't really major at all. Overall it was a clean, new hotel with excellent staff.
