Very nice and friendly staff.
Very good facility with spacious rooms and bathrooms (with bath). Located out of main town centre so it's a long walk in if you don't have a car.
Excellent hotel which we thought was value for money we paid. Would recommend this place anyday.
Spacious room and bathroom. King size bed. Competitive price. Nice view. Great restaurants. Would love to stay again!
Front desk was friendly. Fantastic restaurant. Loved the pool.
I would only stay here or the Casino while in Alice Springs. The onsite Restaurant @ Crowne Plaza is excellent and easily the best place to eat in town !!!!
The Crown Plaza has a great reputation and I thought I was going to get the 'Crown' experience in Alice. Our party was disappointed it was the previous Sheridan and thus a very dated looking hotel with dated facilities.
Ordered room service and one and a half hours later it turned up cold. Not impressed with the quality of the food or the prices. For the prices you pay I would give it a 2/5 Room good and location very good.
In a very attractive position near the golf course, but a couple of kilometres out of the town centre. So nice & quiet. I walked, but there is also a bus stop outside. Beware if arriving on sat afternoon or sunday, as the bus services are very limited, & most shops are closed! Strange. The most upmarket hotel in Alice Springs, but reasonably priced. 2 Great restuaurants to eat at, lovely pool area, nice bar. Only one complaint. Found the pillows far too hard, & asked for softer ones, but these were not forthcoming. So did not sleep well! Unfortunate & easy to fix, I would have thought.
wonderful, convenient hotel.
The Crowne Plaza was comfortable and clean. The room was spacious. Nice to have a bath. Food was very pricy but it is in all such hotels. Staff pleasant. the best thing about the hotel is the Hunaman Restaurant on the ground floor. That's wonderful
Lovely spacious room with terrific view. Very comfortable.
In a good location, walking distance or quick bus or cab trip into city centre. Two good restaurants within the complex as well as a separate bar / lounge area. The hotel is a little dated but clean and comfortable. Best to specify in advance if you would like a room with a view of the McDonnell ranges. The alternative view is pretty depressing, so check this before booking. Worth incorporating the buffet breakfast into your booking. Overall, one of the better hotels in Alice Springs.
A little old and tired but excellent service and food providing good value for money which makes a change anywhwre in Oz to my mind these days.
A lovely hotel - a bit out of town. The restaurant in the hotel is fantastic ( reservations definately recommended). The bar is a little small though and it gets busy. The only disappointment is that there were no king rooms left and so we had a twin (after booking a king).
The hotel was both in a good location (about 5 mins from the city, and the noise of the city at night). The rooms were a good size and the facilities very welcome on a hot summer's day
A good hotel for a business stay. Outside of hotel is a little outdated, but rooms were nice. Very clean, good bathroom. Hotel is located on the Todd River a couple of minutes drive out of the centre of the town and right near the ranges which surround the town. There was a lovely peacock in residence when i visited.
Rooms need a bit of an upgrade, update!? Staff were very good!
One of the best places to stay in Alice Springs, service great and dinner in hotel was fantastic and the staff very friendly, will stay there again next time we are in Alice
Pool was being upgraded when we visited, but overall is was what would be expected of Crowne Plaza.
