very good hotel in middle of city berlin. Great high and fast service

Ideal central location, between two underground stations, both within 5 min walk and a main rail line. Excellent facilities, although bar and restaurant prices high in comparison to the restaurants in surrounding area. Tea and coffee available in rooms, if you like scented/flowery tea. KaDeWe on doorstep along with other high street names. Located at the back of the Europa Centre, old city centre.

Our lasting impression was that of a nice hotel with especially friendly and helpful staff. They anticipated the needs of guests volunteering their assistance. I would use it again.

Perfect location, also from the airport by BUS (X9). We forgot to give a preference for double beds, so we got 2 separate beds. This was solved the day after. We got a room with double bed. Breakfast is very expensive, almost 20 euro each, but around the corner there are two bakeries, of which especially Lindner has very tasty bread.

The note for services is relatively low because the staff in the breakfast room didn´t quite cope even though the traffic was not heavy and the staff at the reception desk could not advise on simple questions about tourist attractions. Also the price for breakfast (Euro 20) is quite high.

An good hotel, very well located for the Ku'damm

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, everything and everyone were very pleasant. The breakfast buffet was particularly lovely, the location was great, literally around the corner from the K'fdam. My only issue was the bar prices.

A great chain hotel with an excellent buffet breakfast. Excellent location for public transport. Staff were cheerful and professional. I'd stay again.

Excellent hotel!

Ideal location. A 2 minute walk from the Blue Church and 1 minute to the shops. Location and general facilities were excellent, with a very nice breakfast included.

near Zoo and station, great breakfast

Excellent hotel for the price (we got a last minute 'red hot special'). That aside it is an excellent hotel in a very good location and must be rated 4+. All the services you would expect from a hotel of that standing were certainly present and the breakfast was superb.

An excellent location in the centre of Berlin, only a few metres from very good shops. Near central bus station and underground lines. A lovely breakfast, first rate service and swimming pool. I will certainly stay there again.
