perfectly situated airport hotel with beautiful pool area and ultra modern decor //BUt less than clean bathroom sink area and shower stall- dark mold around the rim of the sink and in shower stall, room is not fully soundproof to planes departing -so while the hotel is new and has all the bells and whistles, overpriced because of the above-main dining room should be segrated in to family area with kids, and tired road warriers spaces

What's better than staying in a very good hotel and with a 7:00 A.M. flight waking and walking 5 minutes or less to the check in counter. Nice people, good service, clean. My only negative would be the cost of the internet service ($29/day).

If you are on a late night arrival to Singapore with a layover until the next day to continue onward, this hotel can not be beat. Could be one of the best airport hotels in the world, and I have tried quite a few. Food in the Asian buffet is also really good with great multicultural choices from around Asia. It is a bit pricey if you plan to stay more than an evening.

Great location for in transit passengers and early morning departures. We were given a room upgrade as hotel was fairly full. Would definitely stay here again. Hotel connects with Skytrain to terminals 1 and 2, trains every few minutes.

A very neat and quiet place. The view is most amazing, because I love aircrafts and the room we had did full justice to my hobby. We could see the take off and landing on the runway from a distance that cannot be achieved from anywhere else in Singapore. Not too many things to do at the hotel, the pool is average. They could do with more friendly and warm staff though.

Only stay one night as we flew into Singapore late and out the next day, we had 6 nights in singapore and it had the best breakfast! a little expensive but excellent!

Convenience & pleasurable

Great hotel. Time from the plane through the cavernous arrivals hall and customs to the hotel reception desk was no more than 15 minutes. Crazy! This was indescribibly gratifying at 10pm after an 8 hour flight. The rooms are modern and nicely furnished. Ours had 2 queen size beds with all the necessary amenities like cable tv, bar fridge and a large and well appointed bathroom. Bath robes and slippers as well. You can get a train from under the adjacent terminal to city hall in about 35 minutes for SGD2.00 or so and a taxi was only about SGD 20. But, the most amazing thing about this hotel was the pool area. Beautifully tiled and interspersed with square islands of tropical plants, it was as much tropical island as it was 5 star hotel pool. Architecturally superb. Pretty expensive if you want to have a couple of drinks around the pool though. $80 for a bottle of average South American wine, and $7 for a lemonade.

Loved the room. Five minutes to terminus was great. They did charge for mini bar etc. thought the city hotel was high, but Crown almost doubled it. As a smoker i was not impressed that there were two smoking locations outside the lobby. Could not see me wandering down there in my pyjamas, particulsrly since we only had one key. I would stay there again if I had an early morning flight from Singapore.

Very convenient for a short overnight stopover. Did not use any facilities having arrived late and left early.

(1) the air condition sytsem in the room is very noisy and cannot be adjusted (2) in the ealy morning (at night) the upper bridge to and from the air port treminal is closed. This is to inform at the reception level too

Good as usual. Though a mistake on a check-in clerk's part meant my broadband connection was reset - it took half an hour on the phone to get it re-instated. I'm sure they could have simply re-connected and waived the 2nd connection fee!

An excellent airport hotel. Suggest you upgrade to club room and make the most of the extra facilities - cocktails and nibbles, laundry service and breakfasts - all included in the price. Easy access to MRT for popping into town.

Lovely spot. Very nice facilities with a pool at the front door (almost). Quiet despite being so close to airport. A great place to stay for a stop over or an early flight the next morning.
