Getting there:
Changsha Huanghua International Airport 30 km Drive west on the Changyong Highway for 20KMs to take Xingsha toll exit then drive west on the Sanyi Road for 6KMs to Wujialing Fly-Over then turn left drive south for 3KMs to Furong Fly-Over then turn right drive west on Yuyi Avenue for 1KM to the hotel.

Whilst this hotel ticks all the boxes for 5 star luxury, the hotel is surrounded by a massive construction project, , they are building a new metro system outside , working noisily until midnight, acccess to the local shops etc is not easy...the project will be finished in April 2012

Okay, this hotel is in China, and there are other hotels which claim to be 4 and 5 star establishments and end up being dumps that can't rival a US hotel of substandard proportions. The Crowne Plaza is truly "as good as it gets" in Changsha, Hunan Province, PRC. It has an insanely good price for Americans and caters to the American businessman. This is a breath of fresh air and an escape from the rest of the city.
