Crowne Plaza Hotel Galleria Manila

Excellent location with lots of convenience to banking facilities, shopping, food and other places.

The hotel is in good location where you can find anything just few steps from the hotel. Hotel staffs are friendly and they are so kind to upgrade our room to upper level of room type. Room is spacious and clean. Definitely we will stay again for our next trip and recommend to our friends who going to visit Manila.

An excellent hotel - conviently located @ 30-40 minutes from the airport - great service & large rooms - next door to Galleria Mall - plenty of dinng and shopping options. Buffet breakfast at hotel very good - wide selection. 10 minutes walk from Asian Development Bank and other key buildings in this part of Manila. Will definitely use again.

Great position very helpful staff

From check-in to check-out the level of service and attention was excellent! The staff in this hotel are very friendly, courteous and always have a smile on their faces. It makes a big change from the poor level of service you receive in London time and time again. I would recommend this hotel for sure. The only down side was the location. It seemed not much was around apart from a couple of Malls unlike in Makati. It was also relatively pricey but I guess with the Crowne plaza Brand comes the relative price. The hotel was clean and well maintained. Thanks :)

Really great rooms! Breakfast was acceptable, but not really 5 star! A lot of the items had that "served earlier, wrapped, and unwrapped" look about them! It also lacked the subtle things that you expect at a real 5 Star breakfast - fresh juice, fresh bread, good yogurt, great coffee!

Rooms are decent and well maintained. Nice Hotel and service is great. Good food too. Highly recommended when staying in Manila. Internet is not free and it cost a little bit.

The hotel is strategically located and near the shopping mall. Easy access to food and others.

This is the best value for a five star hotel in Manila presently.

Excellent and customer service oriented staff; elegant hotel with trendy decor; I would highly recommend this hotel to all my friends visiting Manila. The only downside is the high cost of the internet. This could be reduced a few more dollars.

Definately will stay there again

Location is inconvenient for most of Manila. It is on EDSA, the major throughfare, that is a perpetual parking lot all day and nite long. There was a traffic jam at 5am when I left for the airport to catch my flight. Housekeeping is unbecoming of a 5 star service. Overall, good value if you get a room for less than [room rate]. Any thing more is not worth the price.

If car transfer from airport is provided will be perfect

Conveniently located at Ortigas with shopping malls, restaurants and MRT station nearby, yet most of the hotel facilitaties are shared with another hotel...

The room is very spacious, very classy interiors, as for their twin rooms - the beds are the queen size ones NOT the full or single sizes. The buffet breakfast was very good as well. Convenient to the mall. You get your money's worth!
