Crowne Plaza Hotel Gold Tower Surfers Paradise

Really enjoyed my stay at Crowne Plaza Gold Tower,the view of the beach each morning was grand. Except for a dodgy TV remote it was a A+ experience.

like all good hotels they can be expensive. We got this on a ratestogo special which was a great deal. Stayed in the Gold Tower and the room was ideal.

Your facilities did not cater to my partner as far as disable or special needs guests go. The entry to your hotel has a path way at the front door that is cover by traffic, bathroom toilet in our room he couldnt wheel into, no ramps to assess verandahs and no disable car spaces as far as the reception new to accomadate, other than the lack of being assessible to disables we found the hotel to be well presented, clean, friendly, the cost was adjusted for the gold coast 600 obviously , but as all of them must do, but we where happy with what we got and where we stayed

We had a lovely time at the Crown Plaza Gold coast, celebrating our first wedding anniversary. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the facilities where great. Highly recommended.

very nice place to stay. only had a problem with getting into the room, cards wouldn't work took about 5 mins to work. otherwise it was great have already recommened to my friends

The walls within the hotel are paperthin and you can here everything that goes on next door. Also the sound from the streets comes in like you are standing out there, and we were on the 7th floor. When we infomred the front desk about the noise, they said we are sorry with a big smile on their face. Which made us feel as though, we have your money stiff. Also the shampoo supplied in the rooms was of the lowest quality and felt like it was sand and not shampoo. For a 4 star hotel it certainly did not stand up to the rating in customer service.

The quality of the room and the price I paid for the stay has me planning my next visit to the Gold Coast.

Enjoyed our stay, very clean & tidy, only comment would be , an expensive room but cheap complimentary coffee

Great Spot All good

Overall a great stay. The location is not the best, it was a very long walk to surfers paradise for anyone let alone someone who was 8 months pregnant, me.

we thought everything was top notch would'nt change a thing it has a great revolving resteraunt two pools and great views

We had a problem with parking when there was a function on in the hotel and when we asked where we could park the conceierge thought it amusing. We also had to phone housekeeping ourselves to have the room cleaned after being out all day.other than that we were happy with the service provided.

Always stay here on business when in the Gold Coast!!

The hotel did not have our booking initially but then found it. Overall the hotel is looking a bit faded and needs renovations to bring it up to the class it is supposed to be.

This hotel was fantastic. The views were amazing. The service was fantastic. Will stay here again
