Getting there:From Melbourne Airport take the Tullamarine Freeway, City-bound. Continue along Citylink (toll applies). Take Docklands Highway exit. Turn left at Siddeley Street, follow through roundabout, hotel driveway is on right. Alternatively airport shuttles are available direct to the nearby Southern Cross Station.

Car parking:Valet parking is available at the hotel for an extra $35.00 per night. Self-parking options are available charged per 24 hour period or per exit, directly to the car park located approximately 200 metres away.
Child Policy:Rates are per room for two (2) people. Additional guests are charged at $65 per night. Maximum of three (3) per room. Children aged 0-19 years stay free of charge in existing bedding when sharing with parents.
the hotel was great staff were very friendly and caring,considering i was unwell on arrival, they were great.
My second short stay at this hotel. Friendly & efficient staff, immaculate presentation, clean & comfortable rooms with some excellent extras if you like and great views of Melbourne & the Yarra river.

This was an excellent hotel,very friendly staff. The best location in the CBD with access to restaurants public transport and all the sights of Melbourne at your finger tips. ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC
Possibly one of the best located hotels in Melbourne. Great location in you need to utilise public transport. Short walk to Southbank restaurant and movies. Fantastic views of the Yarra River. The service provided by staff was exceptional and I would definitely recommend for a short stay. The only downside was the bathroom which was quite small and a bit dated but I would still stay there again.
This motel was excellent.i would reccomend this motel to anyone especially for its great location and stunning views. food, service and the rooms were all above average.

evry thing was good exept the dinner we had at the resteraunt their in the hotel was vbery very agerage we both were very disapointed with the meal and the coast of it thanks
For the price,very ordinary indeed.Not overly clean(previous occupants hair on bathroom floor) Doona without doona cover(which had stains) and the noise level from other rooms was disturbingly audible. My partner could hear the occupants next to us urinating while she was in bed. Would never go there again. Have had better at half the price. Staff were friendly,but that hardly makes up for it.
Have stayed at the Plaza a few times now and will be happy to stay there again, the only thing is that it was a bit expensive this time compared to other stays and I did look around at other hotels in the area while I was there
Unfortunately our room smelt of cigarette smoke. This ruined our weekend as I had a reaction to the smell and ended up with a blood shot eye. Won't be staying here again. The room we booked was in a non-smoking floor so we were very disappointed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, it was very close to all the action without the constant noise of fellow revelers returning in the early hours of the morning. Comfortable beds, friendly staff - we'd happily book in again.
The service food and rooms were spot on. The price and and value for money was excellent comparied to several other cbd hotels that i have stayed in laterly.
Taps in bathroom were loose on the basin. Light switches were not located in a convenient location for on-off switching, particularly at the bed location.
Only one thing that i can find wrong with the hotel and that was the quality of the room service food. It was pretty bad. Expensive and not good quality at all, tasted and looked like cheap frozen food. However the buffet breakfast was fantastic and of a high quality. Go figure!!!!
I was very disappointed having booked months in advance that they put us in the level 1 rooms which apparantly have the smallest bathrooms
Excellent buffet breakfast with Chef on hand. Friendly staff.
Great location for the exibition centre. Shame the pool wasnt indoor it looked very inviting after being on our feet all day but not in the rain.
