A perfectly located Hotel in Queenstown , that offers friendly service and is reasonably priced. Second time I have stayed there . All good

A smallish room but very well appointed. The hotel is in a great location, the service efficient.

Bathroom/shower poor set out with no shower barrier therefore daily flooding of bathroom floor! However room was clean, staff helpful and location amazing.

The best hotel in Queenstown!

Valet parking a bit of a pain but with its great location you should be walking during your stay.

ratestogo i will use it again - very user friendly & genuinely priced. the staff need to be up to date with the options - we were almost charged for the 'free parking' - it pays to print your booking & take it with you. magnificent views and friendly helpful service from all the staff. scrumptious buffet breakfast was lost on us as we had enjoyed a great dinner the night before. i would very highly recommend this property to all my business contacts & friends. the staff at crowne plaza queenstown left no stone unturned to give us a very comfortable & memorable holiday experience. kindest regards, steve & margaret

myself and my fiancee stayed in the crowne plaza in july 2008. the hotel is very nice, the rooms were very spacious and modern, and the staff very friendly and helpful, i would recommend a stay in the crowne plaza

All staff were very helpful, nothing was a bother. The room was very very clean and the bar staff were very friendly and the cocktails just great. There was a good selection for breakfast and great coffee.

food is stunning. cocktails are great. best local in queenstown - you can walk everywhere within a few minutes.

Dated looking exterior, but in excellent location with large, clean rooms and refurbished bathrooms. Staff were very helpful with baggage and valet parking. Our room had lovely views of the lake and was quiet, despite central location.

Stunning view from the balcony. My daughter loved the fluffy bath robes. Great breakfast!! Very comfortable. Would definitely stay again - best location in Queenstown

Staff were very helpful, we only had a day in Queenstown and when we asked about specific activities the staff were both knowledgeable and helpful. Also after checking out we went on a hike and when we asked if we could shower before ctaching a flight they opened the sauna room with shower facilities - very satisfied with the service!
