would stay again.

we were staying at higher floor room. the view was fanatic. room was clean, staff were very friendly. will definitely stay there again.

A consistently good hotel with good facilities, a good price, comfortable rooms and a good location. The rooms are a little jaded and the colour scheme is a bit 'yesterday', but did we enjoy ourselves and would we stay there again (always the true test) and the answer is clearly "yes".

Good value, ideal for a short stay.

The Staff were very friendly, from check in to the bar and restaurant, concierge to checkout. The food in the rotating restaurant was fantastic. I cant say enough good things about this hotel, the rooms were clean and the view was great, I will defiantly be staying again, and recommending this hotel to others.

My daughter & I stayed at the Crowne Plaza on Friday 13th May & highly enjoyed staying there. Check in was a breeze with the staff being very helpful & friendly. The concierge was also very friendly & helpful in giving us directions to where we were heading to that night & also a few other queries. Our room was an ocean view on the 24th floor which was awesome. We purchased a room & breakfast package & the buffet breakfast was great.

Great location between Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach. Fantastic views of the Gold Coast from our balcony. Easy walking distance to restaurants. Staff were very friendly and eager to please, nothing was too much trouble. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it to other Hotel Club members.

We had a great stay, 1 twin bedroom (with 2 double bed!), great value and best view overall. Thank you, we will come back.

Great Hotel with excellent service. Pool terrific to spend the day by. Bus runs by door frequently, or a 15 minute pleasant walk to either Surfers or Broadbeach. Lovely 2 person bath and separate shower, flatscreen TV, quiet rooms, great views and nice balconies to enjoy the fresh air if fancied. Lunch was very nice, top burger. Breakfast very nice also. Highly recommend.

The service at the Crown Plaza is second to none. We were so impressed with all the staff, nothing was too much trouble. We felt like welcomed guests, they were so friendly and the atmosphere was comfortable. The room had a beautiful view as promised, and overall our weekend was better than expected. Would definately return and recommend The Crown Plaza to all our friends.

this hotel is awsome but the only thing wrong was the gym is really crap

no complains... just nice.... somehow if the hotel provides some sort of service to send customers to down town would be even just nice..

Very Clean and very tidy with relatively all new furnishings. Free parking was a plus. I booked , at extra cost, Ocean view room for 5 nights but was very disappointed to find out after checking in that is was not ocean front & faced a highway! The standard balcony is ridiculously small, & for this reason alone i would NOT stay again as it defeats the purpose of having a view of the ocean even if it is an oblique one.

Excellent hotel, but just a bit far from the center.

we were dissapointed that they didn't have a sauna as stated in hotelclub website, but they apologised for not updating their details and gave us complimentary breakfast and drink vouchers plus a free fruit/chocolate platter and a free inhouse movie, plus a good rate next time we stay there, we couldn't have asked for more, they were amazing. Will definately stay there again

The receptionist spokes so fast without patience. The room was clean, big enough and comfortable. However, The room helper chased us out when it was just at 11 o'clock. They should not interrupt the customers in the early 9 o'clock just because they need to check the bar stock. It was ridiculous. Not happy with the service at all.

Pleasant large room. King size bed with very good mattress. Shower had mould in it and the door was difficult to open. Unfortunately the sauna, which I had been looking forward to, was not working. .
