"This resort/retreat was a wonderful experience! It is located about two hours from the airport with the bungalows almost on the ocean's sand. The food was average to good. There are no other resturants for about two hour's drive, thus if you have a sweet/snack craving, advise is to pick them up at the airport. I would highly recommend the Fiji Jewel tour, it is a whole day and takes you up river to a village where lunch is served and you come very close to the native Fijian culture, a continued motor trip up river to one of the most beautiful waterfalls I have ever seen! The trip to the waterfall is a physical challenge as you must go on small paths and in the water to reach the waterfall. It was worth the challenge. This retreat is not the "Hilton" experience; but is a visit that will always remain in my best memories of a beautiful island, warm hearted people, and a vacation/vacation, not a trip. I highly recommend this retreat and the Fiji Jewel tour. " - Jim Chappell

Hotel description:    Crusoe's Retreat offers a unique traditional holiday experience in an intimate resort set in 10 acres of tropical gardens, with its own palm fringed beach.
Our 11 Seaside Bures are set in the tropical gardens, close to the beach, while the 18 Seaview Bures are on the hillside, enjoying panoramic views of the sea lagoon and the outh Pacific Ocean beyond.

Getting there: Crusoe's Reteat is on the Coral Coast of Viti Levu the main island of Fiji. We are just two hours from Nadi Airport by direct car transfer and only 20 minutes drive from Pacific Harbour the "Adventure Capital of Fiji". Transfers can be booked directly with the resort. All transfer cost are payable directly to the resort.

The resort is 4 km off the main Queens Highway so there is no traffic noise making this a secluded location.

Car parking: Complementary car parking provided.
Child Policy: Children of all ages are welcome at Crusoe's Retreat, please note that although there is plenty for children to do at our resort. We do not operate a kids club.

Children under 7 years of age stay free of charge and eat free of charge (kids menu), when sharing a Bure (Bungalow) with their parents, in existing bedding. Children over 7 years of age are charged at the extra person rate of AUD 40.
Baby sitting is available (charges apply and are payable directly to the resort.)
