This is our second stay here and for value, quality, and service you'd find it hard to beat. The staff every evening were just lovely!

+ very convinient, very warm welcome from the staffs + they patiently explain every single detail about fatima + one of the cheapest if you buy through [your website], and you get more than you pay :) + breakfast, very ok, for 2 euros + very near to the shrine + what else can u ask

This hotel is very close to the Sanctuary. The staff were very helpful and some spoke English. They helped me with my Portugeuse. Breakfast was lovely.

We spent so little time in the hotel it is difficult to rate it. The major downside was that the air-conditioning blew hot air in no matter what settings were used. However the room was of a good size and the bathroom was very good. The major plus was the location next to the Fatima shrine. We didn't stay in Fatima for the shrine but it is worth visiting and I say that as a non-Christian.

The hotel us conveniently located next to the marina and by the commercial stores in town. The hotel rooms are clean.

The staff was VERY helpful. We had some issues with the ac & they moved us to another room. Couldn't have asked for more. The location was PERFECT!! We were well pleased with our stay.

Clean but with bare amenities. We requested for early breakfast at 5.30am and they made special arrangements for it. No dining facilities other than breakfast. Breakfast is simple affair.

My Mum and I came on our first trip to Fatima, and I don't think we could have chosen anywhere better for the price, location, service, and standard. All were fantastic and we just know we want to come back! I have already recemended Cruz Alta to friends. And have nothing but praise really.

Great hotel, modern, clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We had to leave early on the day of check-out and they allowed us to have breakfast from 7:30am rather than waiting till the breakfast "openned" at 8am. Excellent choice!
