Getting there:By Car - Take the Smith Street exit from the Brisbane Highway and turn left into Marine Parade. By Train - Exit at Helenvale and take a 1 or 1A bus to stop number 87. Or catch a taxi.
Check-in Procedure:Check-in time is from 14.00 hrs. Reception is open during office hours only. Our after hours arrival service is available by contacting 55 followed by the bell at the entry system on the Resort's front doors. Give your surname and once the doors have been opened go directly to the key safe on the reception desk, upon opening it your keys will be inside in an envelope with your name.
Car parking:Secure Under-cover parking provided at no charge.
Child Policy:Rates are based on the maximum occupancy for each room type including children using the existing bedding. Infants from 0-3 years are free of charge using existing bedding or cot hire is available at a nightly charge of $5.00 per night.
