Wonderful staff, very friendly and helpful. The wireless internet only worked in the lobby although it is supposed to be throughout the hotel. The room was large and comfortable. Bathroom could have been cleaned better during my stay, but it was spacious for Paris. Price was expensive for the level of hotel, but I'd go back if i had a better price.
Typical european hotel with narrow stairways and corridors, rooms are pretty basic but clean, walls can be thin and street noises heard. Otherwise, good location situated near boutique shops and restaurants.
Charming standard room with Bath or Shower overlooking the courtyard or the street,but soundproofed so very quiet. In a French classic style and spacious rooms for that neightborough of Paris

An expensive hotel - though they all are in Paris. But position is excellent, which makes up for the price.
the shower was mouldy as the aeration system was out of order, otherwise staff friendly and location excellent !
The person who my girlfriend and I met at reception was very friendly and helpfull which made are stay there very welcome. The only bad thing I would have to say about the hotel is that the elevator was very small and there was no air conditioning

Excellent location.
Of the five or six reasonably priced centrally located hotels I've stayed in in Paris over the years, this one is the best. Even the bathroom was a good size - unusual for Paris. The walls were a bit thin but that's to be expected unless staying in a much more expensive hotel. Fortunately there were only three or four rooms on each floor so noise wasn't a major problem. In all likelihood, I'll stay here again when next in Paris.

The hotel staff were delightful and couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is superbly located for both shopping and sightseeing, and although basic, it offers very good value for money.
Small charming hotel next to Cafe Flore. Pleasant staff. Breakfast average, go to a cafe if not included.

Crystal Hotel is a good 3 star hotel in an excellent location, the air-conditioned rooms are excellent standard and the service was really good - very helpful. Will definitely stay here again.
Small, mid-range hotel with good privacy. Superb location in lively university quarters on the southern side of the Seine, near Seine, Bvd. Saint Michel, etc.
