Crystal Palace Hotel Turin

"The hotel is well located, however there was construction around. The staff is nice. The room was clean, but the bathroom always had a funny smell eventhough they cleaned it. Room internet is too expensive." - Anonymous

"At first the air conditioner, sky tv and internet were not working. I recieved a new room because of the air conditioner where it was working very well, the internet started working after 24 hours and I was not charged for it because of the initial trouble. Sky tv wasn't working for the whole stay (72 hours). The staff was courteous and helpful as much as they could/" - Anonymous

"what a pleasant surprise! i didn't expect such a nice, clean hotel so close to the train station. the location is pretty convenient for seeing turin and is not, as some other comments would lead you to believe, dangerous. whoever wrote that was probably referring to the fact that a lot of immigrants hang out under the porticoes near the hotel at street stands, and that there is a doner kebab place a couple doors down. in any case, i would highly recommend this hotel if you can get a good deal on it. it is very, very nice." - Anonymous
