Crystal Plaza Hotel Stockholm

Excellent reception desk service, superb breakfast. Beds were a bit hard. Good location. Well run.

For a well located and reasonably priced hotel, the Crystal Plaza ticks all the boxes. The staff were helpful, the rooms nice, the bar warm and friendly and it made my stay in stockholm much more plasant. definately recommend it.

Nice enough hotel. A bit of a walk from the tourist areas, but not too bad. Check in staff weren't however the most welcoming I have come across. However, breakfast was superb and the staff in the Ming restaurant attached to the hotel did a fantastic job of coping with the large volume of guests.

We had a very nice stay in Crystal Palace. It isn't a new hotel - a litttle bit old fashioned - but excellent location, very friendly staff, good breakfast, free internet, sauna. I should go again to Crystal Palace for a next citytrip to Stockholm.

Very good central hotel - good breakfast buffet. Sauna is very handy too. Staff could not do enough for you either, very polite and professional. Would definitely recommend for business or pleasure.

A very nice feeling in the hotel. Clean but not lyxury. Rooms has a persenality. Walkingdistance to everything in the citycenter.

Excellent Reception Service. Didn't like the room provided initially and got an upgrade to a bigger/renovated room without additional charge. Request not to be placed into a small double room - not very nice and the size is too small for 2 adults.

A nice hotel in the absolute center of Stockholm. Ihavestayed there 3 times and I will go back

I stayed 3 times at this hotel, I like the old building and the location is exellent ,i is "my" Stockholmhotel!

The location and price is good. But the room i had was old, and so cold I had to usse the hairdryer to warm up the bathroom in the morning... But the service was good, and the location good for those who wants to stay in the "hip" aerea, so if high comfort is not too imporant for you - it is OK.

We had a beautiful room at the Crystal Plaza at a very reasonable rate. The room met all our needs with a large comfortable bed for two (rare in Swedish hotels which seem to prefer twin beds pushed together.) We had a desk and internet access. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. We highly recommend this hotel to those visiting Stockholm.

Great hotel, the all you can eat breakfast was good and the staff were very kind. The only thing I didn't like were the loud guests in the hallway, I wish the rooms were more sound proof.

The water in the shower did not disappear quickly after shower. It was very cold that night and it was a very cold wind from the window so I had to try to isolate with the curtains. Not a good job with the isolation of the window. But otherwise a ok hotel.

Your hotel was splendid. We were very satisfied to it. Room (105)and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was exellent and service were good. We are going to visit your hotel also in future. Thank You very much!

Breakfast was perfect.

The beds were superb and the marvelous breakfast was served untill 11.30 - something other hotels should accept. The hotel also provide us with a dinner coupong for a good meal in the restaurant that we warmly can recommend. Some noice from the street in the morning so we recommend earplugs!

Room at the front suffered from a lot of noise from outside, particularly revellers early in the morning. Unfortunately they were also digging up the road outside starting at 6am. The hotel moved me to a very small but quiet room at the back. Staff were friendly & helpfull
