M25 - south junction 30 A13 follow signs for city and then as above

By Train:
Nearest Station: Custom House. Take underground (Jubilee Line) to Canning Town and change to Docklands Light Railway towards Beckton. Alight at the Custom House and the hotel is right opposite the station.
Check-in Procedure: The Check-in time is 14:00 but we may be able to check-in a guest early upon request, subject to rooms available. There is a luggage room at reception to drop off bags free of charge.
Car parking: On-site car parking - Charge Payable (10 per night).
