From 24 December to 20 January stays are minimum of 5 nights 20 self contained 1 bedroom apartments. A short walk from it all. Situated beside beautiful Budds Beach and only a few minutes stroll to the heart of Surfers Paradise. We are a low rise Mediterranean building with lush tropical landscaping. The apartments provide spacious open plan living, with opening windows and private balcony.

Getting there:From Brisbane use the bungy jumps as a landmark and turn right into cypress avenue. From the south, two blocks north of Cavill Avenue turn left into Cypress Avenue.
Check-in Procedure:Reception hours are from 8.30 a.m. till 5.00 p.m. Check In Monday - Friday 2.00 p.m. - 5.00 p.m. Saturday 1.00 p.m. Sunday 1.00 p.m. Guests intending to check in at a later time are required to contact reception prior to arrival to obtain a Late Check In Code 07 5539 8855

Child Policy:Children under 2 free (using existing bedding) Children over 2 years must be entered as an extra person to receive additional bedding. Cots can be hired from reception.
Very well priced for its position, friendly and helpful staff, will definately stay there again.
very comfortable and nestled near a bay and on the quiet street just 3mins walk away from the centre of surfers- owners were great w. communicating via email and were fast to act on other requests too. we would def stay there again- its a great value!

the location is very convenient. Very close to surfers paradise and shopping centres and it's 5 minutes to the bus stop that goes directly to those theme parks.
units did not have airconditioning which is essential on hot and humid days on the Gold Coast.

We found the apartment quite adequate for our stopover. Only problems were that the bed was a bit too hard, and we had no dishcloth to do the kitchen tidy up.

The price is good based on location, as opposed to the unit. Enjoyed the large verandah. Facilities within apt well catered. Carpet and walls average and tired looking. Just needs a "facelift". Walking distance to anything you need or want. Manager very helpful.
Location is the best part about the place - only a five-ten minute walk to the heart of Surfers (depending on how fast you walk). For the price they were offering, it was a pretty good deal.
there was a issue with a step(down the side) that could have been improved it was a hazzard at night and through the day as it was a little bit steep.mentioned it to owners they were not really interested and dismissed it as having been there for 13 years and no problem so far.hope any one else that stays there says something
Great location, centrally located and only short stroll to main shopping arcade and beach. Friendly staff. Only downside was the absence of an airconditioner. Fans were in room but aircon would have made the facilities more comfortable.
Very convinient location with nice surroundings. Quiet and sunny place. Good point: free laundry facilities in the apartment. Bad point: small pool but the beach is 5min walking so it doesn't really matter. Big apartment with friendly owner.
the carpet on stairs is looking a bit tatty and needs to be replaced. this is the first thing that you notice as you are unpacking the car and taking luggage up to room. Also there was no electric jug in kitchen.
its very near to the heart of the city but the exact location of the hotel is actually located down a quite deserted road.
In a quieter street but 2min walk to the heart of Surfers. Great little self-contained unit. Secure car parking was great too.

An excellent little apartment, with kitchen and laundry incl dryer. Only ceiling fans, no aircon.
Nice and well-equipped place, about 10 minutes walk to town centre.
It was a lovely apartment and very close to restaurants and shopping. Will definately go again.
