Needs to be upgraded. Rooms are ratty and many things don,t work. Good location but not great value for money.
Wanted to order some wine from room service but were told they don't have wine on the room service menu. Ordered milk for my cup of tea at around 10.00pm due to no milk in room and was told it would be sent to our room but NEVER ARRIVED!
Reception staff is 5 star. Very impressed with accommodation especially the kitchen facilities which was our main criteria. Audio/Visual equipment is old but functioning. Room is clean and warm, very good place for the family.
Fabulous acommodation in excellent surroundings.
The villas were set in idyllic bush surroundings. Everything felt new and clean. Only criticism is that the beds were uncomfortable; plastic covers, middle bump down the bed, the whole bed moved when you moved and very, very firm!
Lovely place, great golf course but kitchen and dining equipment not really up to serious self-catering.
They were very late in checking us in and still cleaning the room when they finally let us in which was disappointing. The facilities were fabulous - the pools were fantastic and the restaurant was great ! The resort was very centrally located and made it very easy to get around.
Very enjoyable experience, I would definitely stay again and particularly recommend to those travelling in groups.
Always a great place to stay at! Great Service, location & Facilities.
Beautiful surroundings and very helpful staff who came very promptly when DVD wouldn't work ( and fixed it )
The hotel accommodation was great - the villas as well as the resort facilities are well worth the price you pay to stay there but the resort's bistro and brasserie are over priced for the quality of food you get from there - restaurant prices for pub food.
One of the few places that we could find in the Hunter Valley for 3 adults wanting to find share accomodation for a 2 night stay. The main pool area could do with an upgrade, but otherwise value for money.
I have stayed here several times before. The villas are gorgeous but the one they put us in this time has not had the bathrooms and kitchen updated in a long time. It was in stark contrast to the villas which have had this renovation and I was disappointed because it didn't feel as luxurious. The staff are friendly and helpful and it is a very relaxing and comfortable place to stay.
Spacious and very attractive setting with wild kangaroos. Problem was only one restaurant was operating. Be preapred to pay for internet, hiring tennis equipment etc.
Good hotel if you like to be left to you own divices? I think it could do with a really good bar as it only really has a TINY one, and maybe a good shop as well as the only shop we can find is the Pro shop and you can imagine the prices there! Considering the rooms are pretty much self contained i think a good shop would be of much service. All round we had a good time and the staff were really ice
Very happy with our stay. Rooms good size and great location. Facilities excellent.
Treated Parent to a day out at the Hunter Valley, they loved the relaxing atmosphere just taking a simple walk around. Parents are 80 years old.
Absolutely amazing deal. The resort was beautiful and so close to everything.
