"The location is great, most of the key attractions are within 30 min walk. Metro station in 2 min distance and rental bike station a block away! The room is a bit small and basic but it doesn’t matter for single traveler like me. The area is convenient yet quite. There are lots of restaurants around and there is an open roof bus stop along the main street outside the Gevin (the hotel is on a side street in the opposite side of the road). If you arrive at an early flight, as the room is not available until afternoon, you might take a bus tour in the city from the Nord Station instead of carrying your language in the metro station that has no lift/elevator! "Extremely small bedroom: it was impossible to stand in the room, we could only lie in the bed. The room would have been unsuitable even for one person and they rent it for two people. There was no armchair in the room, we had to keep our clothes in our bags. We stayed there 4 nights and it was really upsetting. We ogfetn go to Paris, but we have never had a hotel room as unacceptably small and uncomfortable like this before. We usually buy things in Paris, but this time we couldn't, as there was no room to keep them. The bedroom was on the 7th floor, le lift was very slow and one day it was out of work. Internet connection in the room worked only in the evening. Good location for underground. We appreciated the small library on the ground floor, where one can borrow French books." - Donatella Buggiani

"Nice and modern hotel in a great location walking distance to most of the tourist areas. Helpful staff. Breakfast is an extra 11 euros per head. Would greatly recommend it for the price!" - Tom Bolton
