"A disappointing start to our special hpliday to celebrate our anniversary. Reception looked clean and good as to be expected from a 4*, but room looked tired and in need of major refurbishment. Mould around bath and sink, missing/chipped tiles around toilet, poor and flaking paintwork around door architraving, burn marks on carpet, fridge missing, and stained pillow (although cases and sheets were very clean).
