The 54 rooms located on 4 floors are all double rooms equipped with every possible comfort. Additionally the Residence offers 14 suites and 4 junior suites all with a fully equipped kitchenette. The Hotel is offering its guests dedicated non smoking floors, wide and spacious common areas on the inside of the building or in the surrounding garden, efficient and punctual service as well as all the necessary equipment to comfort handicapped guests. Feng Shui, the harmony between earth and sky, is our inspiration and the vision we would like to transmit to each of our guests; the joy we find in taking care of them.

Extra charge for wireless internet. No complimentary access to the indoor pool nearby (as was promised beforehand). The rest was ok, but far from perfect.

We have stayed in Madrid in 5 star hotel, but we found this hotel much better than the hotel we stayed in Madrid in terms of food, quality, location, surroundings etc.
The hotel was very quiet and pleasant. Breakfast was included and offered many selections. Staff was very friendly. Requires car or Taxi to travel around comfortably, for us this was no problem. If visiting Vicenza again, we would definately stay. USA
