Guests can enjoy facilities including our Award-winning Decleor Spa, free state of the art technogym and 20 metre indoor swimming pool. Our Ofsted approved Pebbles crèche is also available to residents. To complete the package we have two family friendly restaurants and the Atrium Brasserie and Bar.

Getting there: Leave the M6 at junction 32, to join the M55 motorway.
Continue to the end of this road taking the left feeder lane sign-posted South Shore, Lytham St Annes, B5261 (first exit at the roundabout)

At roundabout take the 3rd exit continuing along Progress Way (A5230)
Continue straight along this road until the end.

At T Junction turn left onto the A584 (signposted Lytham St Annes)
Turn right at the second set of traffic lights onto St Annes Road West.
Turn left onto South Promenade
The Hotel is situated approx 100 yards along on the left hand side.
There are over 100 free on-site parking spaces.
Car parking: Free ample car park.
