Getting there:Leave the M6 at junction 32, to join the M55 motorway. Continue to the end of this road taking the left feeder lane sign-posted South Shore, Lytham St Annes, B5261 (first exit at the roundabout) At roundabout take the 3rd exit continuing along Progress Way (A5230) Continue straight along this road until the end. At T Junction turn left onto the A584 (signposted Lytham St Annes) Turn right at the second set of traffic lights onto St Annes Road West. Turn left onto South Promenade The Hotel is situated approx 100 yards along on the left hand side. There are over 100 free on-site parking spaces.

Well-located hotel which has been extended several times.Rooms can be a little remote from reception,some with access only by stairs.

This hotel is ideal for families with children. The hotel is looking a bit tired and needs refurbishing, although the rooms are good and usually very spacious.
On arrival the hotel could not trace our booking, however this was not a problem and we were immediately upgraded. The staff were very helpful and polite...nothing was too much trouble! Only a small complaint was the amount of children not being properly supervised by their parents during breakfast! I will definitely stay at the Dalmany in the future.
Stayed 21st sep for 2 nights bed & breakfast. The room we were allocated was quite large at the rear of the hotel and it also contained large bathroom & a separate kitchen containing fridge,grill oven,toaster,kettle & dishes.This was great of a night to warm snacks & the fridge was great as we didn't have to go down to the bar for ice or cold beer,as we had our own. Breakfast was terrific, plenty of choice & nice and hot. Leisure centre was also great,very clean . Overall it was a great weekend and would certainly go there again.
I stayed at the hotel with 2 children aged 8 and 10. The leisure facilities are great. The room was spacious with plenty of storage, however it wasn't quite as luxurious as the room we stayed in last time. That said, it was clean and the price was excellent. There was lots of choice at breakfast and the children enjoyed the food.
I stayed at the Dalmeny with two children aged 8 & 10. They loved it here and enjoyed the many activities provided for them and the swimming pool. The family room we stayed in was clean, modern and spacious with plenty of storage. The staff were very pleasant and I was made to feel welcome. I would definitely stay again.
The room we stayed in was located at the back of the hotel, but when we went into the room we had a small kitchenette with two electric rings,combo oven/grill and a fridge. Then went into large bedroom and also large bathroom. Pool is so clean with jacuzzi,steam room,gym and kids pool. Breakfast was brilliant. Loads of food and piping hot. Would recommend this hotel
Friendly and proffesional service with clean well equipped rooms
The hotel is obviously an "amalgamation" of a number of originally separate buildings and as such is something of a "sprawl" - not really suitable, therefore, for anyone with walking difficulties or other disabilities.
No complaints - all praise !!!!
Room very clean and comfortable. Very friendly staff nothing too much trouble. Good free underground parking. Would recommend that if you want your evening meal in the hotel you book a table earlier in the day. We only just got in for a meal and not in our first choice of their restaurants. The food was good and plenty to choose from. If you are wanting a hotel in Blackpool itself then you need to be aware this hotel is about 10 minutes car/bus ride outside Blackpool in the much quieter resort of Lytham St Annes which was perfect for us.
