A very calm and quiet 2 star hotel next to the sea side (Promenade des Anglais), to the beaches and center of town.
A sunny terrace in front of hotel to have your breakfast and a drink distributor.
All the rooms are soundproof with double glass windows.
Our 12 rooms are very calm and some of the rooms are on the museum of Art's court.
All our rooms are equiped with TV, telephone, bath rooms with shower or bath.
Easy of access, near the Nice international airport and the train station at 5 minutes from the walking streets of the center.
