In spite of its central situation, Danieli Hotel remains a non smoking and quiet place, with a relaxing and intimate environment. The hotel is also close to all the entertainments of the city: trade and shops, restaurants, terraces of coffee. A pretty decoration, a soft light and sound-proofing are the assets of our rooms. Each room has a bathroom with bath/shower and toilets, television satelite and telephone direct line.

Getting there:The Avignon-Centre train station is just 10 minutes walking distance from the hotel. You'll be able to enter inside the wall by the gate " Porte de la Rpublique ". Then, continue straight ahead on the main street " Cours Jean Jaurs - Rue de la Rpublique " and after 400 meters, you will find hotel Danieli on the right side of the street, after Mc Donald's.

Car parking:You will have possibility to park your car in the underground parking " Palais des Papes ", which is located 5 minutes walking distance from the hotel. ( cost 8,50 EUR per 24 hours )

Location good in the main street of the old city. Be careful when putting valuables in hotel safe. What I put in for safe keeping was gone through - I know that as the notes were folded differently - but fortunately my money was all there - one 50 euro note plus a few English pounds - so I assume that as there was little money nothing was taken but....
they upgraded my room for me, as it was not a very busy time of year. Very helpful and friendly to me. Helped me with my future hotel rooms. Would book there again.
Bedrooms lacking in good colour coordination. Otherwise hotel very pleasant.
Really friendly staff but the hotel itself is a bit tired looking. In need of next years planned update. Convenient bus between the TGV station and the min town for train travellers.
The hotel is undergoing renovations and is quite messy. The buffet breakfast was only continental.
Hotel quirky, no proper shower or shower curtain but hand held shower rose which made things a bit awkward. Supermaket handy and location great - close to all tourist sites.
