The train stops at "Hovedbanegården" (The Central Railway Station), approx. 10 minutes' walk from the hotel. Bus: Travelling time: approx. 30 minutes. Price: approx. DKK 21. Directions: Bus no. 250 S stops at Rådhuspladsen, approx. two minutes' walk from the hotel. From Copenhagen's Central Railway Station to the hotel Taxi: Travelling time: approx. 5 minutes. Price: approx. DKK 50. Credit cards accepted. Bus: Travelling time: approx. 5 minutes. Price: DKK 14. Directions: From Bernstoffsgade near Tivoli Gardens' side entrance, take a no. 16 bus going to Rådhuspladsen (departures every 10 minutes or so). Great Location in the middle of the city. Free broadband. No Toiletries and bathroom and lift tiny. Clean, nice people, We'd go back.

Needs some opgrading of bathroom (toilet flush and the tap was running.) Overcrowded breakfast area. But the location is super for shopping and sightseeing.
Very good location in the center of Copenhagen. The old hotel does not offer much spaces when you enter, neither in the lobby nor in the room, but the staff are very nice and helpful - I changed my room to one I feel better. Open terrace from the room gives a good view of the town hall.
The staff was not very helpful in solving different problems. The reception is narrow and crowded. The steps down to the lower area for breakfast are uneven and therefore dangerous. The lift is too small for the many rooms and did not work all the time. The hotel previously being a charming family hotel has changed to the worse in recent years and so have the prices. Sadly, because the location is perfect.
We are very pleased with good variety of bread and cold meat at breakfast but would be happy if there are some hot meal like bacon, pancakes, scramble eggs. The receptionists are very pleasant and helpful. Hotel location is short walking distance to the city centre and quite convenient to move around.
rooms were adequate, breakfast was a little sparce. If I was staying for longer than 3 nights I would choose a hotel with better facilites.
