The old hotel does not offer much spaces when you enter, neither in the lobby nor in the room, but the staff are very nice and helpful - I changed my room to one I feel better. "The staff was not very helpful in solving different problems. The reception is narrow and crowded. The steps down to the lower area for breakfast are uneven and therefore dangerous. The lift is too small for the many rooms and did not work all the time. The hotel previously being a charming family hotel has changed to the worse in recent years and so have the prices. "We are very pleased with good variety of bread and cold meat at breakfast but would be happy if there are some hot meal like bacon, pancakes, scramble eggs.
The receptionists are very pleasant and helpful.
Hotel location is short walking distance to the city centre and quite convenient to move around. " - Ang Andy
