Darling Towers On Collins

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Darling Towers on Collins. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of Melbourne's CBD and the facilities were excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Lovely surprise on arrival to be upgraded from Studio to 2 bedroom apartment. Excellent facilities within room and excellent location to the heart of Melbourne. Excellent restaurants nearby if you don't feel like cooking. Very pleasant and friendly Reception staff Would certainly stay here again. Very good affordable accommodation.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apt. Location is great. Well equipped kitchenette. Will recommend to friends.

Apart from some walls needing a clean or coat of paint, this hotel represents great value for money, in an excellent location. Will definitely stay again.

Most ideal location for transport, food, shopping and touring. Quiet and friendly, with down to earth staff.

Positive: Lovely stay, helpful reception, excellent beds, very little street noise for centre city location, value for money. Negative: The hallways and the apartment could do with a lick of paint and a carpet in the hallway of level 10 would not go astray - early departures will disturb your sleep because the combo of heels, luggage wheels and tiles act as an alarm clock.

Darling Towers on Collins is an excellent mid city venue. There is little if any noise from the street (trams, traffic etc), the rooms are always spotless, well laid out and modern. It's always an absolute pleasure to stay there when I'm in Melbourne.

I am extremely happy with all of the modern facilities provided, especially for clothes washing, and will definitely be staying at this very central and comfortable accommodation again.

We thought this hotel was great value for money, sure there are a few rough edges, the lifts are a bit slow and the carpet a bit shabby but its in a great CBD location,has everything you need,good heating,washing machine and dishwasher, We would definatly stay there again.

Central location and at least one friendly receptionist are only redeeming features.Cramped apartment,tired furniture and equipment that didn't work.Phone in bedroom was dead .

apart from receptionist not being able to handle the "pressure" of our reservation not being received from the booking agency, the hotel is in a great location, very roomy and comfortable. Right in the heart of the action. Would definitely stay here again.

Reasonably good facilities in an ideally central location at a good price.

Our accommodation in a two bedroom apartment was excellent and very comfortable and the staff extremely helpful with our booking. In fact so kind they upgraded us to a balcony apartment. It is in an excellent spot for enjoying all Melbourne has and a great place to go home to at night. I wish we could have spent longer there but we are looking forward to going back there for another visit.

Unfortunately only ONE lift was working and that was inconvenient

I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Melbourne as it is in a central location. Our apartment was a two bedroom suite with modern facilities and was clean and very comfortable. Help from the staff was average but overall it is well worth the stay.
