Comfortable rooms, good location. Would definately stay again
The apartment was basic ( dripping taps throughout) but clean functional. Location excellent and staff friendly. In an expensive area I would rate this as being good value and well located.
I stayed at the Caroline St premises, and apart from one noisy neighbour, I found it very peaceful and convenient to transport. Downsides... noisy air conditioner made it hard to use, and not sure who to complain to about the neighbour playing loud blaring music until 1.30am... great value for the price and I would happily recommend this place and stay there again.

Good short-term accommodation, nice location, reasonable price.
Very old kitchen gas stove with loosing hand-knobs and without electronic lighter. Dirty furniture upholstery and carpet. Shot hose in the shower.
Bathroom maintenance a little shabby. Handbasin too low. No operating instructions for TV/set top box, dishwasher or washing machine. Otherwise a pleasant and convenient place to stay.
Little shabby around the edges, could do with an update of the fitting, carpets bathroom etc. However the price and location are excellent and it is effortless to get to this property from Tullamarine. Staff friendly and helpful. As there are several of these properties around South Yarra and area would happily stay again.
There was only an air conditioning unit in the living room, this did not reach the bedrooms which were always extremely hot even when the windows were open. There were also cockroaches and spiders in the bathroom and kitchen.
