Getting there:When you approach Horsham from the Melbourne side at the first set of traffic lights do a U turn and come back 350 metres. From Adelaide continue through the Town on the Western Highway towards Ballarat and Melbourne, go over the Wimmera River and through the set of Traffic Lights. We are on the left 350 metres from the Traffic Lights
Check-in Procedure:Check-in is from 1.00, however earlier times maybe approved if requested on booking, and subject to availability. Late check-outs will incur a charge up to midday and after that 1 days room rate. Late checkouts must be arranged on arrival. Cancellation of a Booking must be 48 hours. Cancellations within that time may incur a penalty equivalent to 1 nights accommodation.
Car parking:In front of each room is car parking for 1 vehicle if any further parking is needed there is an area opposite the rooms.
Child Policy:Children are most welcome. No charge for a child under 2, however if you need a cot there is a $5.50 fee.
Very friendly - rooms very clean & comfy - included continental breakfast was everything except cooked items, so plentiful choices. Great value

Very clean and comfortable, friendly staff. Excellent value for money. If I had one criticism, its that the breakfasts are very old-fashioned country ones - tinned fruit, instant coffee, pre-cooked toast.
Basic facilities but clean. Bed was very comfortable and the electric blanket was great!
