The hotel was near the station and so convenient. The room was a bit more basic than I had anticipated with no tea/coffee facilities. The hotel should think about providing this I think in the future. The pillows are almost flat with no stuffing in them but when we tried to get an extra one there were none available so my husband gave me his and ended up using his coat as a pillow.
Very quiet hotel. Five minutes to the subway Westbanhorf.
5 mins away from subway U6 Gumpendhofer station. next stop is Wien West bahnhop.. very good location.. room is very clean & new. supermarket Billa is just nearby.
In the context of all facilities advertised I would like to rate the hotel as very good, and all staff as very obliging. I found both, access to taxis and public transport-especially the nearby Airport Bus Service, very handy, as well as the close by U-Bahn station to reach the down town area within a few minutes, offering cheap fares for senior citizens. I tried 2 restaurants near the hotel, one Italian, one Austrian, but was not impressed, and stuck thereafter to the First District's that I knew already.
Good location near West Banhof bus station, good price, but the breakfast was not included in the reservation and I had to pay extra money for it.
Nice hotel. Location is a little bit away from historic centre, but price relects this. 3 transport hubs close by. Only negative was housekeeping who didn't seem to do a full job. Not to the level done on more ordinary hotels. Would stay again.
air condition was out of order and they didn't do anything only said that they know and hang up the phone, also no parking place for the car,
A short trip into the city on the great underground system (Westbarhoff is a short walk away). Decor is very 70s/80s and could use an update. Very helpful and friendly front desk staff which is important when you don't speak German. Great breakfast included in the rate. Excellent value for money.
It was very hot in the room. The aircondition system doesn't worked. It was installed, but not worked properly. Outside temperature was 33 C... I would recommend this hotel but for the winter time only

Really great find, within walking distance of the centre and close to local eateries and shopping. The hotel staff were great, very helpful.
The building should be renovated. However the price was OK and it was the main advantage.
I'd recommend the hotel for non fussy travelers who want a quiet but safe area for a short stay. Westbahnhof station is quite near by about 10min walk and convenient. Pillows are thin but you may request for more pillows. My family were very pleased with the service; very helpful and friendly staff who helped us with booking and info. They were most kind to pack a lunchbox upon request for an early day tour we had.
This hotel has very friendly, helpful staff. Very clean. Located next to Mariahilfer-Straße, due to the good connections via subway or tram very close to all the sightseeing spots. Will stay there again if I'll come to see Vienna again.
Easy Walking distance to West Barnhof railway station, which has most international trains terminating and bus transfers to airport for 6 euros. Typical old european hotel with a good breakfast included in the price. Would use it again
Excellent service. Good room size. Located right opposite to a theatre, if open the window at night could be quite noisy when a show finished late night. Air conditioning wasn't working in our room but the weather was pretty mild so that was fine. the breakfast was GREAT! great selection and for this price can't really ask for more. located at the end of a busy shopping street. pretty handy for shopping but a bit far from main attractions. takes around 45 minutes walking distance to the palace/parliament etc.

THE HOTEL WAS IN PERGECT LOCATION NEAR TRAMS AND METRO STATION(5 MINUTES WALK). THE RECEPTIONISTS WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND THE PRICE GOOD!!! BREAKFAST WAS OK WITH VARIETY OF THINGS!!!!! WE NEED MORE HEAT IN THE ROOM AND A BETTER ROOM SERVICE BECAUSE THE DID NOT CHANGE THE BED THEY JUST MAKE IT
