Daunou Opera Hotel Paris

"Bathroom was dirty, hairs in tab and hairs in shower. Room was very small. Walls in the coridor that goes to the room were almost falling down. Girl at reception did not know how to make check out so had to wait for new girl to come. Location is great but thi is the ony great thing in that hotel " - Anonymous

"The best thing about the Daunou Opera is its location - in the heart of the Opera area. Very convenient and the hotel is within easy walking distance to many of the sights of Paris. The rooms are typically small. The place needs a bit of an uplift and a repainting program seems to be underway - but nothing substantial. Bit run down. Staff were neither very friendly nor helpful but this is not unusual in most of the smaller Paris hotels. A good enough place to stay for a short time - and very convenient. " - Ian Shann

"Hotels in Paris are almost always on the pricey side and this one is no exception. But it is close to Opéra; the rooms have been redone recently with taste, and although they are somewhat small they offer all one needs for a short stay in the city. I would recommend this Paris hotel over many others in the same price range." - Anonymous
