Getting there:FROM JAEN, MALAGA AND CORDOBA. Follow the signs to GRanada. Take highway "Circunvalacion". Take the exit number 131 "Palacio de Congresos".Follow the green signs to the town centre "centro". Pass by the Congress Palace, cross the river and the hotel is just at 100 metres on the right hand side. FROM THE COAST (MOTRIL) Follow the signs to Granada. Take the exit number 132 "Sierra Nevada-Alhambra".This exit splits in two, then follow the sign "Granada Sur- Palacio de Congresos".Follow the signs to town centre "centro". Pass by the Congress Palace, cross the river and the hotel is just at 100 on the right hand side.

Very helpful and friendly receptionists. The two ladies gave us clear directions to get to places of interests and recommended good places to eat. Service with a smile which is in contrast to some hotels we have stayed.
Garage with difficult access and very expensive. Breakfast expensive and stale. Accomodation and location very good for the price.
Nearby "down towncentre"and the busstation to Alhambra
On a busy main road but not a problem with noise. Only a few mins walk to main shopping area and plaza nueva. Lovely breakfast. Very comfortable.
The staff are very helpful.
THe Dauro is a pleasant and intimate hotel on a fairly busy street 10 min walk from the congress centre and about 15 min from the cathedral (and main shopping area). My room was small but quiet, facing a side street. The bathroom was well equipped, clean and spacious. Good breakfast included and friendly service. All in all very comfortable.
good hotel in the center of Granada near the shops and cathedral etc breakfast and other facilities are basic but of good standard. rooms of good quality with clean, well maintained bathrooms. Friendly, helpful staff that also looked after the parking of the car in the private car park, below the hotel Only thing that could be improved are the directions to the hotel on the web.
