"The staff were excellent, service great. Only difficulty was with lift. No-one told us that we had to use room card. On first use we were plunged into darkness which was quite a scary experience. I understand the need to use cards for security purposes, but it is essential guests are made aware of the need for their use. I tend to be claustrophobic and for me the experience was not a good one.
