"I couldn't fault this hotel, the staff are amazingly friendly and very helpful. The rooms have everything you could ever need and if not it's only a phone call away. The breakfast buffet has an extensive choice as does the dinner buffet. You can walk for about 15 minutes to the SkyTrain station which is only 4 stops from Siam Centre, there are plenty of nearby coffee shops, restaurants, spa centres, pharmacies and an exchange bureau (handy for old or marked US and Euro notes which many hotel will not exchange). We booked a Deluxe Superior room which had a small seating area and a basic kitchen - a great size room for unpacking suitcases and not feeling cramped. This is now my favourite hotel in Bangkok and I will certainly return and try one of their other room types - five in total - as this is truly a small piece of tranquility in a very busy city." - Neil Fitzgerald
