We chose this hotel because we didn't care too much about accomodations, and more about a convenient place to stay overnight in Tagaytay. The location is great! Right in the middle of things, and along the ridge on the lake side. Great view of the lake and Taal. Other than that, not much. The bathroom and room decor is very dated. The bed is not very comfortable, with old linens and VERY thick and stiff pillows. However, if you are spending a lot of time in your hotel you are not truly enjoying Tagaytay. Great nightlife and fun activities are available throughout the day. So again, this hotel was just fine and a decent value.
all staffs are very friendly and accomodating to us, the room is beautiful and the air is cool during our stay.

It is located in a very accessible place. Nice Hotel although we just hoped that they would have availability of food (i.e. Room Service) at longer hours. Also, experienced something funny when I asked a female staff in the lobby of the hotel if the rooms had wi-fi and was told that the lobby (were we were at) was the only area with wi-fi. So I joked her and asked where the lobby was and she couldn't answer and was in a daze wondering where the lobby was of the hotel. My wife just told her that we were in the lobby and she just smiled. Maybe the staffs of the hotel must be trained and re-oriented as to the areas and facilities of the hotel so as not to have an embarrassing encounter like we just had with one of your staff. But overall, it was a great stay...
hotel is already old and need to be refurnished (esp the hallway carpet). but my friend and i liked the room, it's big enough and has 2 double beds, with a veranda fronting taal lake. bathroom is nice and clean. staff are very friendly, breakfast is ok too (had ours upgraded from the free continental to filipino breakfast and paid a small price only).
Their location is excellent! But, Days hotel needs to improve in maintaining their facilities, it's looking a bit old for its age.
Staffs are very accommodating. The rooms are great but the aircons are old, some of the switches are not functioning already. Food is quite expensive (ala carte) and breakfast is only toast and coffee.
the staff were accomodating, friendly, and corteous. the hotel needs re-carpeting though, its starting to smell like old carpet
My stay at the Days hotel was made all the more enjoyable by the friendly staff that went out of their way for me.The food served in the restaurant there was always cooked just right and they had a good variety to choose from. The views from my room were breathtaking and the cleaners always did a good job of keeping my room clean and tidy.Overall I can not speak highly enough of what they have to offer and I would recommend staying there to anyone.
The hotel provided very basic service. If you wanted more, you had to pay additional fees. This theme resonated with the entire hotel. Take breakfast for instance, as part of the package, all you got is coffee, juice and bread. If you wanted a more filling breakfast, you had to pay more.
My only comments is that there contact number is not reachable/working.
The Hotel is Tagaytay is well located for local shops and restuarants of the fast food type. The hotel has a quiet location overlooking the lake with balconies for each room. The swimming pool (about 20 metres) is clean and, although shallow, is good for swimming.
It would be nice if the hotel could give residents special rates so that we can stay more often.
